TERMS AND CONDITIONS

· Gift vouchers cover in full the annual storage fee payable by clients each year for CordBank’s cord blood storage service.

· Gift vouchers are applicable to the storage fee only. After the gift voucher has been redeemed, voucher recipients will be responsible for the ongoing payment of CordBank’s annual storage fee and any other fees payable to CordBank under the terms of the Cord Blood Processing and Storage Contract. If you no longer wish to pay these fees, you may terminate your contract with CordBank by giving us 90 days’ prior written notice.

· Gift vouchers must be redeemed by their expiry date – being three years from their date of issue.

· Gift vouchers must be used by the recipient named and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

· Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other gift voucher, offer or discount.
