So every time you refer a friend or family member, who then registers to have their baby’s cord blood collected, you’ll both receive a $50 Farmers gift voucher for free. (Your friend or family member must be pregnant in order to be eligible for either of you to receive the voucher.)
Just include your details and your friends details below and we’ll make sure they get an information pack about cord blood banking. Make sure you ask your friend or family first. When they register with us we’ll know who to send the gift vouchers to.

You have asked your friends before sending us their contact information.
There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer, but they must be pregnant in order to be eligible for either of you to receive the $50 voucher.
Your friend “registers” with CordBank when they sign our contract and have paid in full the registration, processing and storage fees, and any other special costs under the CordBank contract.
Please note that the Farmers gift voucher is valid for TWO years.
Your gift voucher will be sent to you 30 days after your friend’s registration is complete.
This promotion can be cancelled at any time (but all referrals up to that date will remain eligible for the gift vouchers).
