In order for you to complete your gravity bag collection training we require you to fill out and submit the form on the Gravity Bag Training page. Without the form CordBank will have no record of your training. This is also a requirement from Medsafe, as training records of our cord blood collectors are required in order to meet our Medsafe operating licence requirements. Thank you.
