TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The promoter of this competition (“competition”) is CordBank Limited (“CordBank”), PO Box 69757, Wellesley Street, Auckland. Participation in this competition is subject to the acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below.
- CordBank is giving away 2x baby mobiles (winners choose from the entire Tik Tak Design Co. range.) and 2x mobile crib arms.
- To enter you need to comment with a friend’s name on our FaceBook and/or Instagram competition post. 1 comment is equal to 1 entry. There is no limit to the number of times you can enter.
- Sharing CordBank’s competition post to your story gains a bonus entry to the competition. You must be following CordBank NZ and Tik Tak Design Co. on Instagram to win.
- The opening date for entry into the draw for the Tik Tak Design Co. Giveaway (as above) is 7pm Tuesday 1st October 2024 and the closing date is midnight Tuesday 15th October 2024. The winner will be selected at random and notified by @cordbanknz via Instagram or Facebook direct message on Wednesday 16th October 2024.
- The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Staff of CordBank or any of their family members are not eligible to enter.
- The winners must provide their street addresses to CordBank to have the prize sent to their nominated addresses.
- If any winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw for any reason whatsoever, a redraw will take place. CordBank’s decision as to the winners drawn is final.
- The competition is only open to people in New Zealand who are eighteen years or older.
- This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram
- All personal information that you provide in conjunction with the Competition will be used for the purposes of conducting the Competition and to notify you of information relating to CordBank and the services that it provides that it considers may be of interest to you.
- You may access and correct any personal information that CordBank holds about you by contacting CordBank at any time.
