If this is your first child to have their cord blood banked:

Option 1:

Pay $750 now by credit card to receive the CordBank collection kit immediately and pay
12 monthly instalments of $167 either by   credit card  or by   direct debit

Payments will be debited from your credit card or bank account 30 days after you
have paid for your collection kit and will continue until the balance is paid.

Option 2:

Pay $750 now by credit card to receive the CordBank collection kit immediately and pay
6 monthly instalments of $334 either by   credit card  or by   direct debit

Payments will be debited from your credit card or bank account 30 days after you
have paid for your collection kit and will continue until the balance is paid.

Option 3:

Pay $2,750 now by credit card for the CordBank collection kit,
processing and first year's storage.

For each option, an annual storage fee of $200 will apply from your baby's first birthday.

If you have used CordBank before for a previous child:

Option 4:

Pay $550 now by credit card to receive the CordBank collection kit immediately and pay
12 monthly instalments of $167 either by   credit card  or by   direct debit

Payments will be debited from your credit card or bank account 30 days after you
have paid for your collection kit and will continue until the balance is paid.

Option 5:

Pay $550 now by credit card to receive the CordBank collection kit immediately and pay
6 monthly instalments of $334 either by   credit card  or by   direct debit

Payments will be debited from your credit card or bank account 30 days after you
have paid for your collection kit and will continue until the balance is paid.

Option 6:

Pay $2,550 now by credit card for the CordBank collection kit,
processing and 1st year's storage.

For each option, an annual storage fee of $200 will apply from your baby's first birthday.
