By sending us this form you are agreeing to the following terms:

You have asked your friends before sending us their contact information.

There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer, but they must be pregnant in order to be eligible, and the number of year’s free storage cannot exceed the number of years remaining on your storage contract with CordBank.

Your friend “registers” with CordBank when they sign our contract and have paid in full the registration, processing and storage fees, and any other special costs under the CordBank contract.

Your account will be credited with the year’s free storage (worth $200) within 30 day’s of your friend’s registration being completed.

This promotion can be cancelled at any time (but all referrals up to that date will remain eligible for the year’s free storage).

In order to be eligible for the year’s free storage fee, please ensure that your account is up to date.
